Holiday Notice: 2024 Spring Festival Arrangement and Shipping Schedule

As the traditional Chinese Spring Festival of 2024 is approaching, all the staff of Tianjin Xingyu Fertilizer Industry Co., Ltd. wish you a happy, prosperous Spring Festival, and good luck in the magnificent Year of the Dragon!

In order to celebrate this traditional festival with our families, our company has scheduled an 8-day holiday. The official holiday period will be from February 10th to February 17th, 2024. We will officially return to the office and resume full manufacturing operations on February 18th, 2024.

Production Management and Pre-Order Guidelines

To ensure that your agricultural supply chain remains uninterrupted during this festive season, we highly recommend that our international B2B buyers, fertilizer distributors, and bulk importers plan their purchasing schedules well in advance.

Please take note of our operational arrangements before and after the holiday:

Production Continuity: While our administrative and sales teams will be on break, our automated manufacturing workshops for high-purity magnesium sulfate (including heptahydrate, anhydrous, and monohydrate) and ammonium sulphate (caprolactam and steel grade) will finalize pre-holiday batches to meet existing contract agreements.

Order Cut-off Dates: New inquiries and bulk contract orders received right before the holiday will be processed in chronological order immediately upon our return on February 18th.

Logistics & Port Dispatching: As Tianjin port experiences seasonal peak congestion prior to the Spring Festival, shipments scheduled for late February and early March have already been coordinated. For urgent container or bulk vessel bookings, our logistics department will prioritize shipments based on payment and confirmation sequences.

Your kind understanding will be highly appreciated if our holiday brings you or your regional distribution networks any logistical inconveniences.
